Are we stupid, or what?

Must be or else our herd-instinct took over and left us without logic and creativity. How is it that we knowingly and systematically destroy everything that makes life above ground possible? Why do we have floods? Read here if you would like to know.

Some of our world leaders still come up with some really weird ideas (50 years after Hitler and Stalin). In some places it is cows, in others rats and in still other parts of the world, once again, it's criminal terrorists that are looked upon with great admiration.

And of course, there is never a shortage of millions of people who believe all this crap, and wage any war, calling it holy war in some cases, for the best seat in heaven. In some countries there is even the death-penalty if you refuse to believe. It's a crying shame to misuse our brains in such a way. Most animals do better.

According to research, over 95% of the people need and want to follow a leader, a symbol, god, or at least do the same as most people around them do. (just like monkeys, sheep, dogs, ants, etc.) When will be there a leader in this world that fits into the 5% group; worrying about the world and not the next election or ego-trip?

It's the 95% of the people - the herd - that makes it worthwhile for Nike to pay millions of Dollars for some tennis-players to wear their logo on a head band, or worthwhile for Ferrari to pay $90 million to Michael Schumacher to advertise a car only a few rich can afford. At the same time over a million children starve to death each month because the top-soil to grow their food has disappeared and washed into the ocean. Today every year fertile land the size of Switzerland turns into desert. Wow, are we stupid or what.
