When the oleaginous seeds or nuts are to be added to the salad they should be liquefied in only a small amount of fruit juice so that the resulting mixture will be as thick or thicker than cream. But when it is to be drunk as milk, a larger amount of juice or water must be added so that the resulting liquid is of the consistency of milk. In both cases honey should be added to the seeds or nuts when they have been liquefied so that the resulting liquid is pleasantly sweet. Your vegetable salads should be seasoned with honey and olive oil and a little celery salt added if wanted for flavour.
Four to six ounces of oleaginous seeds may have to be added to your fruit and vegetable meals daily, in order to supply a sufficient quantity of amino acids and calories to rebuild your cellular tissues and increase your weight to normal. After you have reached your normal weight you may decrease the amount of oleaginous seeds to the minimum amount that will maintain your normal weight.
5) It often happens that either thru overeating or because of a crisis of elimination after the fast, digestive disturbances appear and food does not agree with one. When that takes place stop eating solid foods and go back to the liquid diet again, or fast one or two days until the trouble is over. Above all, be very very careful not to overeat after the fast.
Specially after a short fast, crises come to complete the elimination of waste products which got loose during the short fast. Hence, digestion may be disturbed now and then. For these reason the real benefit of the fast is not felt until two months after the fast.
