Identification:
A mid-sized seabird with brown back, brown neck,white belly,and yellowish, cone-shaped, sharply pointed bill; pointed wings; to 66cm (26in);wingspan to 1.4m (4.8ft). Pacilic coast males have grayish neck and bill. (Monjita, Alcatraz, Piquero moreno).
Habitat:
Marine habitat, Caribbean and Pacific coasts; found along shores and around islands.

Cahuita National Park.
Corcovado National Park.
Manuel Antonio National Park.
Santa Rosa Nacional Park.
Tortuguero National Park.
