Identification:

Small, silver-gray dog-like mammal, with reddish ears and shoulders; to 52 to 64cm (20 to 24in) long plus tail. (Zorro Gris).

Habitat:

Forested and open areas of northern Pacific lowlands (Guanacaste region); active day or night; often seen during early morning.

Found in the following Parks:

Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve (Fotos).
Palo Verde National Park.
Santa Rosa Nacional Park.
