Identification:

Large all-white heron with yellow bill and dark legs; 1m (3.3ft); wingspan to 1.3m (4.3ft). (Garceta Grande).

Habitat:

Aquatic habitats over Caribbean and Pacific lowlands and some mid-elevations; found along coasts and inland around marshes, lakes, ponds, and rivers.
