Identification:
AII black or black and white skunk, usually
mostly black with 2 white stripes along each side; long, bushy tail; 28 to 38cm (11to 15in) long, plus tail. (Zorrillo, Zorrillo hediondo).
Habitat:
Lowland forests and open areas over northern Pacific slope, Nicoya Peninsula; nocturnal; found on the ground.
Found in the following Parks:
Palo Verde National Park.
Santa Rosa Nacional Park.
