Identification:

Smallish grayish olive bird with black wings, gray legs; 15 cm (6 in). (Tangara Palmera).

Habitat:

Low and middle elevations, Caribbean and southern Pacific slopes (occasionally northern Pacific also); found in open sites such as forest edges, tree plantations, gardens, pastures with trees, trees along waterways.
