Hacienda Oro Verde, S.A.
Hacienda Oro Verde, S.A. is a registered Teak plantation, Costa Rica cedula # 3-101-156675 consisting of 300 hectares of which 250 hectares have been dedicated to teak. The balance of the land has been reserved for wild live
corridors, river set back and the infrastructure of roads, housing and
machinery storage. Hacienda Oro Verde S.A. is dedicated to the growing of Teak trees. The plantation has, over the past 12 years, prepared the land, grown the seedlings, planted and maintained the plantation to or above the standard established by the plantation manager and the licensed Costa Rica Forestry engineers employed by the plantations.
All Government licenses, permits and benefits have been applied for, received and made available to participants interested in moving to, living in and possibly wanting to work in Costa Rica.
The owners of Hacienda Oro Verde S.A. have surveyed a number of lots of 1 hectare each throughout the plantation. These lots, totally surveyed and registered with the Government are available to those individuals who see the value of owning one of the fastest growing types of investment and/or wish to apply for Permanent Resident Investor Status here in Costa Rica. A minimum of US$100,000 is required in order for the individual to obtain his or her status.
In addition to the land and trees the buyer is provided with full maintenance contract for the growing cycle. Anticipated cycle is 20 - 25 years until full harvest. At the time of harvest the owner has the option of participating in many additional cycles of growing or may wish to simply take his or her profits and sell the land.
Hacienda Oro Verde S.A. has a proven track record not only with the growing of teak but also with working with the proper government agencies to provide the valuable consideration of "Permanent Resident Investor" status. The status has been received by individuals throughout the world.
