Friendship Caribic and Friendship Atlantic Conservation Area, Limón

It has great recreational potential as it is located south of the city of Limón. It is covered in holillo stands (mainly the holillo palm Raphia taedigera) and in flooded forests. Although the beach has big waves, it is very beautiful because of the coconut palms (Cocos nucifera) bordering it. A path along the beach from Limón provides the best access.
