In San Jose and surrounding area you will find all the amenities (and problems) as they find it in most cities in the U.S. or Europe, but with the best climate in the world. Even in the rainy season, there in an average of 5 hours of sun a day, and in the area around the capital, the temperature is always around 20 degrees Celsius. It is also called the eternal spring.
