Our transports company will pick you up at 7:30 AM at your hotel in San José or Jacó and take you to the Jungle Crocodile Safari Tour, one of the most interesting and instructive ones.

You will reach the dock at about 10:30AM and will be welcomed by staff of Jungle Crocodile Safari where you'll receive a bottle of water. You will be traveling in the boat for about two hours from where you'll be able to enjoy the exuberant mangrove swamps, species of birds, the delta of the Río Grande, and the crocodiles. After the roundtrip you'll get a delicious lunch served in typical ranch of Jungle Crocodile Safari next to the Río Grande.

After lunch there is two options to choose from: 1st. a horseback ride of two hours along the river and to the beach. 2nd. a walk of two hours along the paths of the Carara National Park, where you can appreciate the forest and a big variety of birds. Later you return to the dock to be taken back to San José (arrival time in San José 6:00 PM, arrival in Jacó 2:00 PM).
