An economic Nature Safari you should not miss
Your river adventure starts in the city of Liberia at the Hotel Guanacaste. The mini-bus will take you through the city of Filadelfia and from there towards the port of Ballena. There you'll board a small covered boat an a channel will take you to the Tempisque river. You'll be traveling in the river along the Palo Verde National Park. Along the way you'll see lots of wildlife. A couple of stops are planned to specially see White-faced Capuchin monkeys and American Crocodiles.
After your return to the port, you'll be driving to a small village where you'll have a delicious typical lunch. This same tour you'll find in combination with a visit to the indigenous Chorotega Pottery town of Guiatil or in combination with the Congo Trail Canopy Tour. |
