The Program of the Sky Walk Monteverde Tour

Itinerary:

Half Day Tour -

You'll get picked up at your Hotel in the Monteverde / Santa Elena region. A beautiful short drive to the Santa Elena Rainforest will take you to the Sky-Walk installations. A short hike over a hanging bridge that starts at the main-building will get you to beautiful trails in the Rainforest. Here you can observe life in the canopies. A bilingual guide will explain what you are about to see and answer your questions. Soon you will reach the first of six hanging bridges and will have views within the canopies and also over the tree-tops of the beautiful Santa Elena Rain-Forest.

At some points you will have views to the Guanacaste San Carlos, Puntarenas lowlands and the Gulf of Nicoya. The beautiful trails in the woods are 2.5km long, and have 6 hanging bridges some being 300m long. This is the absolute perfect way to explore the richness and diversity of the flora, fauna, birds and orchids. When you reach the base, the bus will take you back to your hotel in the Monteverde / Santa Elena region.
