A Mini 3 in 1 Tour
First you'll receive your horse at the stables of the hotel Guachipelín. From there is goes up almost to the entrance of the National park Rincón de La Vieja. There you leave the horse for a short hike down to the bottom of the waterfalls. If you like you can take a dip into the crystal-clear water there.
Back on your horse you ride to the nearby hot mud-holes of the active volcano Rincón de La Vieja. There tie down your horse again and proceed to a place where you can change cloth, take a steam sauna to open the pores and hopefully you come with a partner that will apply some of the fresh mud all over you.
After letting the mud get dry on your skin, there are two pools to wash it off again. In the first one you'll get most of the mud off. The second one is of clean water the really get it all off. If you're the fist one to be done, you may sit down and get yourself a drink. At the end everybody rides back to the hotel.
