Nicaragua, Masaya Volcano, Granada City Tour
On the way to San Jorge you'll see the Laguna de Apoyo, visit the Indian market Masaya and the impressive crater of the active volcano Masaya. From there you'll reach Granada. At the famous hotel Alhambra right next to the Cathedral you'll get a fine lunch. One of the romantic horse-carts called Volanta, together with a bilingual guide will take you around the city. On the way home you'll be driving through Rivas.

You'll receive your horse at the stables of the hotel Guachipelín. From there is goes up almost to the entrance of the National park Rincón de la Vieja. There you leave the horse for a short hike down to the bottom of the waterfalls. If you like you can take a dip into the crystal-clear water there. Back to the hotel again it is on your horse.
