A mixture between house, hotel, castle, hostel, beach-house, and entertainment-centre with 6 guest rooms. The German owner Paul builds houses in the area, plays music now and then, and offers a real family-like atmosphere.
The Castillo Divertido in Playa Junquillal is a mixture between house, hotel, castle, hostel, beach-house, and entertainment-centre with 6 guest rooms. Paul, the owner is German, he builds houses in the area, plays music now and then, and lives here together with his Tica-wife and son Nathan. In the evening everybody gets together on the roof with something to drink, and to watch the sun go down.
It is a surprise, after passing musical instruments and winding stairs, to find such beautiful, spacious, bright and clean rooms. Most of these rooms have ocean view, but the best view you get from roof-top. Son Nathan helps out as a bartender there and will show you his skill on some instruments. Here you cannot help but feel that you just came home to an old friend. Ask them to play some music. Paul has a new Electric Guitar that wants to be played.
