The heart and Social-Center is around the 4 Swimming Pools
Before you get to the Flamingo Marina Resort entrance you will see the tennis-court to your left. At the end of the lobby with its different stores and offices, you have a view over the big Marina, the different pools and the famous Sunrise Cafe & Monkey Bar. That's where the guests congregate all hours of the day and night to enjoy the view, the 4 swimming pools, the children's pool, Jacuzzi, delicious drinks and food. From here you can walk down to the near-by and almost private small stretch of beach. There is also the CORAL Conference Centre that accommodation up to 50 people.
The teeming waters of Flamingo also offer some of the world's best sport fishing, boasting several world records in Marlin, Wahoo, Sailfish and Roosterfish. Not surprising, the Flamingo area is consistently chosen as the site of the International Sport Fishing Tournament. A Virtual paradise for water enthusiasts of all kinds, the crystal blue waters and sandy white beaches surrounding Flamingo are also ideal for snorkelling, surfing and kayaking.
