More a Bar than Restaurant
When we stayed at La Colina, Hans was cooking a delicious vegetable soup, but it was only for himself. With so many good restaurants around his hotel and with all the Suites having their own kitchen, he decided to offer the restaurant at La Colina as a sunbathe area and only keep the bar open.
The bar became a favorite hang-out for other German residents and professional cooks from the area. I had a chat with the German cook of the Capitán Suizo hotel. You should try their BBQ-Buffet on Saturdays. It makes my mouth watery remembering all the delicious food he was talking about here on the bar.
