Nice clean hotel for families on a budget !
Cabinas El Bosque was the first place we stayed when we came to Tambor for the first time. Our car had another flat tire at 11 o'clock at night and we had no spare left. We were in the middle of the woods with our baby of a few month and started to arrange to stay overnight in the car, when a car stopped and brought us to Cabinas El Bosque. This clean and economic place is ideal for single travellers, young couples on a budget or bigger families that want a kitchen to save money. The friendly attention will make them immediately feel like home. The two minute walk to the beach passes by the School of Playa Tambor and a grocery store. Tambor is not a touristy town and more frequented by locals. It will give that wonderful laid-back feeling of a small fisher village of Costa Rica.
