There can be many reasons to stay at Costa del Sol
TMaybe you took the tour by train from San José to Puerto Caldera and want to stop here for a cool beer or a delicious meal in the restaurant. I personally can recommend Lobster. You can pick the one you like right from a large aquarium in this quite famous Restaurant.
Another reason could be that you take the road from San José - Puriscal - Orotina - Puerto Caldero (Mata Limón) to avoid the traffic jams on the Interamerican Highway when going to Puntarenas or Guanacaste. That by the way is the main reason I personally stop here quite often.
