At the Tiskita Jungle Lodge you'll find a collection of 16 individual cabins and private rooms set amid rich forests and fruiting trees on a 550 acre private biological reserve, of primary, secondary and reforested areas, as well as 37 acres of tropical fruit orchards, featuring over 100 exotic fruits, including carambola, mango, mangos teen, guanabana, durian, pineapple, papaya, breadfruit, guava, vanilla, zapote, and more.
Tiskita Jungle Lodge is a unique vacation spot in the hot and humid rain forests of southern Costa Rica and a combination of exotic fruit station and biological reserve, situated on the lush hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean. An abundance of birds -green parrots, falcons, tanagers, and toucans- are regularly seen going about their business. In the mornings and evenings, a family of about 90 spider monkeys come and go from their sleep hideaways near the open-air bungalows.
